Amazing Rally Tonight...

We had our elimination games for our softball league tonight and honestly knew we would lose. I know that sucks to say but I just didn't have a lot of hope. However we had this huge rally in the 5th inning. We came back and ended up winning by like 5 runs. It was awesome!!!! Now we have a game next week at 7:30pm. I am excited about it because I really think that our team has got our groove back. We are going to Primary Children's tomorrow for a check up for Tallen. He has a birth defect in his heart that we thought got fixed... guess not. Please say a little prayer for him tomorrow. Work is awesome like normal. I truly do love my job. We have the Skateboard Competition on the 2nd of May then the Midnight Run 5K on the 5th of June, that my baby is going to run! I am so proud of him!!! Everyone should come out that night though because it is one of the best events the city has. On top of that we give all our participants an awesome GLOW IN THE DARK T-SHIRT!!!!!!!!!! That right there should be enough reason to come out and join in the fun.

Tri Time....

I am working like a crazy person right now.... I have a bazillion things I am doing and way to many things to balance. The kids, Josh & I are trying hard to balance family and work. It is hard though. We are used to me being at home and doing all the stay at home mom things where now I am working basically full time and it is super hard to get all the housework done and spend any time at all with the boys too. We will find the balance soon enough though. I am sure of it. Easter was this weekend and the boys had a blast. Tallen was hilarious because he only wanted 1 egg the whole time and horded it after he got it. He cried when we put it the basket and then stopped when he got it back. Cohen only wanted the yellow eggs which was funny because everyone was pink, blue & purple except like 6 out of like 30. Needless to say Teagan, my niece, made out like a bandit with her eggs cause my kids only got 7. ha ha ha. My kids are easily pleased and a little anal if you can't tell. The boys are doing really great right now. Tallen just learned how to walk and Cohen is learning his letters. They are a lot of fun when they aren't fighting. They act as if their sole purpose in life is to annoy their brother. So we break up quite a bit of tifts. :) Tallen is going back to Primary Children's on the 22nd to see the ENT then we have a tentative surgery scheduled for the 23rd. He is having reccurent problems that resemble what he had surgery on back in August, so they are going to see if there is another issue that they missed or that has shown up. Hopefully it is nothing though. I will be giving updates though.

Somewhere over the Rainbow

I absolutely love this song by the way! It is one of my all time folky songs that I can just listen to all day. .especially today when it is so rainy & drizzly. However a day like this does give me the opportunity to break out the good ol' rain boots! YAY!
